Four years of traveling to Stuttgart, and this is the first Vietnamese restaurant we found that has real authentic Pho Bo in the area. The litmus test was ordering egg rolls and salad rolls. Both made properly and delicious. Good Nuoc Mam mix was provided for the egg rolls dipping sauce which is an A++ in my book. It is a blessing to know that we can come here for a good bowl of Pho when it's cold outside.
Next on our list to try will be their Bun dishes (my German wife like to call them noodle salads). They all look authentic as well. -

Good tasty food, reasonable price, clean and close to the S-Bahn. I'd recommend the crispy duck with Thai Currey sauce. That was delicious.

We came all the way there and it was closed. On a Friday night at 7pm!!
Unfortunate but seems typical around here - random times and no real schedule.
